9.1 Agreement to Terms
By applying for membership, you agree to these terms and any future amendments provided with prior notice.
9.2 Non-Refundable Membership Fees
All fees are non-refundable once paid, unless cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period (see Clause 9.4).
9.3 Tier-Based Benefits
Membership benefits vary by tier. The Company may update benefits without affecting the agreement's validity.
9.4 Membership Term and Cancellation Window
Membership has a minimum term of 12 months, as per the schedule on the agreed acceptance of terms unless cancelled within 14 days of the start/signature agreement date, which qualifies for a full refund.
9.5 Legal and Policy Compliance
All services and documents must be used in accordance with laws and any relevant policies or codes of conduct.
9.6 Changes to Benefits or Pricing
We may revise membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice. Continued use confirms acceptance.
9.7 Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Early termination before the end of the agreed term may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining membership contract value. Services accessed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
9.8 Member Incapacity or Death
If a member becomes incapacitated or passes away before the end of the membership term, the remaining balance of the contractual membership obligation will still be payable. Executors or legal representatives will be responsible for settling any outstanding balance.
9.9 Termination of Access
Once cancelled or expired, all access to services, updates, storage, and member-exclusive benefits ends immediately.
